Dr. Peter E. Hein is a Managing Director and shareholder of Doric Asset Finance & Verwaltungs GmbH. He is also a member of the Doric Energy Executive Committee.

Peter joined Doric from his role as a senior finance partner with the international law firm Allen & Overy, resident in New York. Prior to joining Allen & Overy in 1996 he was a partner with the German law firm Bruckhaus Westrick & Stegemann in Frankfurt am Main.

During his career he has advised in a leading role on over 300 asset finance transactions as well as on the development of energy projects. His main clients have been international financial companies and large equipment manufacturers.

Peter received his doctorate in law from the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität in Bonn.

Bernd Reber is a Managing Director and shareholder of Doric Asset Finance & Verwaltungs GmbH.

Prior to Doric, Bernd headed Citigroup's Structured Asset Finance Team in Germany and was Managing Director of a number of German Citigroup subsidiaries.

Bernd began his career with the graduate training program at Bayerische Landesbank in Munich and London. In 1990 he moved to Citibank/Citigroup in Frankfurt where he worked as a tax advisor and became certified as a tax consultant. Following a move to Structured Asset Finance, Bernd headed up the German team, building the German closed-end fund business for Citigroup.

Bernd is an Economics graduate of Regensburg University.
