The Doric Asset Finance team has the benefit of many years of experience, and the necessary expertise and resources to carefully choose, arrange, structure and manage (cross-border) investment offers.
Doric is continuously looking for and evaluating attractive investment opportunities. The Doric team can draw not only on its experience in the industry segments mentioned above, but also on an extensive knowledge of structured finance gained from a large number of previous transactions and investment assets located around the globe.
Doric aims to offer investors sound investment opportunities which have the potential to yield long-term value increases. To achieve this, we combine external expertise with our own specialist knowledge and experience gained over the years to optimise results. We are pro-active in our asset management, which has contributed to our “Lion Plaza” real estate asset in the City of London being almost fully let within a very short time. We also partner with other arrangers to manage additional assets.
At the same time we strive for a fresh approach in choosing and structuring investment opportunities, with a view to promoting innovative concepts. This is how we have been able to breathe new life into the German aircraft fund sector, where Doric is now the market leader on a par with its position in the renewable energy sector.
The investments are managed by specialist teams for each segment, who regularly monitor the performance of each investment and are ready to intervene and take action where required, ensuring the stability and efficiency of the investments. Short-term or speculative investments are not part of our business policy.
