With SKY CLOUD IV – A380 Doric Asset Finance and HANSA TREUHAND continue the series of successful next generation aircraft funds. Lessee of the A380-800 is the premium airline Emirates. In November 2011, despite difficult market conditions, Emirates reported profits of USD 225 million for the first half of the business year 2011/2012.

The next generation concept distinguishes itself from other funds by combining a high degree of investment with complete repayment of debt by the end of the intial ten year lease. Despite the fast debt repayment, distributions are projected to start at 8 % per annum. Total distributions are expected to amount to 259 % with a term of approximately 16 years.
