Barrie Foley is a project development consultant for Doric Asset Finance. Within the Doric Energy division he is focusing on the development and implementation of Waste-to-Energy projects in the UK, working closely with municipalities.

During his career Barrie has been employed in senior positions with Exxon, Mars and Invensys and has held Chairman and CEO positions in Venture Capital backed start-up companies that successfully progressed to AIM flotation. For the last four years he has been involved in the renewable energy sector developing projects in Europe and Asia.

Barrie is a Chartered Engineer and holds a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Aston in Birmingham. He is also a member of the Institution for Electrical Engineers.
