Nicole Krombach is a member of Doric’s Advisory|Structuring team.

After qualifying as a lawyer, Nicole joined the international law firm Schürmann & Partner, where she specialized in commercial law. Subsequently focusing on the origination of closed end funds, she worked with a number of fund arrangers.

Nicole has been developing and structuring investment products and mezzanine finance instruments since 1998. She has been responsible for the realisation of a large number of deals involving project and corporate finance. Nicole’s main focus has been on renewable energy projects.

Nicole holds a degree in law from the Freie Universität Berlin.
